Poplar’s Annual Reports highlight the most significant accomplishments of the Town during the fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). The Annual Report provides the public with insight into the Town’s emphasis on maintaining financial stability and presents a preview of the upcoming year’s priorities and projects.
