Utility Billing


The utility billing phone number, 559-784-7009, is staffed from 8:0 AM to 5:00 P.M; Monday through Thursday and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Walk-in service is available between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 14656 RD 192 Poplar, CA. Closed on Weekends.

Billing Procedures and Payment


Utility billing occurs once a month for a one month period. Bills are mailed out on the 1st of every month and due on Friday the 4th week of the month.
